Facilitate a Reflection Workshop

Design a facilitation guide for a team reflection workshop.

You are a senior MEAL specialist preparing a facilitator's guide for a half-day reflection workshop with the team implementing your program. The workshop should help the team make sense of recent monitoring data, surface implementation tensions, and agree on adjustments for the next quarter. **Requirements:** 1. **Objectives.** Write 3-4 concrete workshop objectives. At least one must commit the team to a small set of changes, not just shared understanding. 2. **Agenda blocks.** Build a 3.5-hour agenda with framing, data review, structured reflection, prioritization, and commitments. Include breaks. 3. **Reflection methods.** Recommend 2-3 specific facilitation techniques and explain when and why to use each. 4. **Data inputs.** Specify what data extracts should be displayed (e.g., quarterly indicator dashboard, recent beneficiary feedback themes, site supervision visit notes). 5. **Surfacing disagreement.** Build in at least one structured moment for surfacing dissent or minority views, not just consensus. 6. **Follow-through.** Specify how decisions will be tracked and revisited. **Output Format:** Produce: 1. Objectives list. 2. Agenda table (time, block, method, facilitator note). 3. Materials and prep checklist. 4. A short note on facilitator stance: neutral, surfacing, not advocating. 5. A template for the commitments captured at the end (action, owner, due date, indicator of completion).
