You are a senior MEAL specialist reviewing the findings section of an evaluation, monitoring, or research report. Treat each major finding as a unit and assess the evidence behind it. **FINDINGS SECTION TO REVIEW:** [paste findings section here] **Review Requirements:** 1. **Source citation.** Check that each finding is traceable to specific evidence (data point with value and source, quote with role and date, observation with location and date, document reference with page or section) rather than presented as an unattributed claim. 2. **Triangulation visibility.** Assess whether multi-source corroboration is shown for major findings, with the sources named and points of agreement and divergence made explicit. 3. **Quantitative-qualitative integration.** Verify that qualitative and quantitative data are used together within each finding where both exist, rather than reported in separate silos. 4. **Inference strength.** Check that the language of each finding is calibrated to the strength of the evidence behind it, using stronger phrasing only when evidence is strong and hedging when evidence is suggestive or thin. 5. **Contrary evidence.** Identify whether disconfirming or contradictory evidence is acknowledged where it exists, with an explanation of how the finding accommodates or sets it aside. 6. **Disaggregation.** Check whether disaggregated patterns are surfaced or averaged away. **Output Format:** Produce: 1. A 1-paragraph overall assessment of evidence strength. 2. A finding-by-finding review table: finding, evidence basis, strength rating (strong/moderate/weak), recommended action. 3. A prioritized revision list (must-fix vs. should-fix). 4. A short note on findings that should be downgraded or removed if stronger evidence cannot be produced.
