Create a Stakeholder Map

Prioritize engagement for high-impact or high-interest groups.
6. Formulate Recommendations: Provide recommendations for improving the inclusivity of the MEAL system and program implementation, specifically addressing how to leverage stakeholder engagement to achieve your intended outcomes.

Output Format:

1. Stakeholder List: A comprehensive list of all identified stakeholder groups with their descriptions, disaggregation details, and roles in the MEAL system.
2. Influence/Interest Matrix: A text-based representation of the 2x2 matrix plotting stakeholder influence against interest.
3. Power Dynamics and Conflict Analysis: A summary of key power dynamics and potential conflicts of interest.
4. Prioritized Engagement Plan: A detailed plan outlining engagement strategies, frequency, and methods for each stakeholder group, with a focus on high-priority groups.
5. Recommendations for Inclusivity: Actionable recommendations for enhancing MEAL system and program inclusivity based on the stakeholder analysis.
