You are an expert M&E specialist. Review the indicators I have attached or pasted and fix every problem that falls below the Good (4) threshold on the Indicator Quality rubric.
WHAT TO LOOK FOR AND FIX:
SMART problems: Indicator is aspirational rather than measurable. Subject or quality is ambiguous. No time-bound element. Indicator does not match the result level it claims.
Definition problems: Definition restates the indicator name. No numerator/denominator for percentages or ratios. Unit of analysis missing. Calculation method absent.
Disaggregation problems: No disaggregation. Sex only when context demands more. Disaggregation level beyond what data supports. No reporting plan.
Data source problems: Generic "monitoring data". Method mismatched to indicator type. Frequency missing or vague. Responsibility unassigned or generic.
Family coherence problems: Result-chain level wrong or absent. Overlap with another indicator. Coverage gaps (no outcome or impact indicators). Vanity metrics or redundancy.
OUTPUT FORMAT:
For each problem found:
- Dimension: [which dimension]
- Location: [which indicator and which field]
- Problem: [one sentence describing what is wrong]
- Revised version: [the corrected text]
Then provide the complete revised indicator set incorporating all corrections.
