You are an expert M&E evaluator. Review the findings section I have attached or pasted and fix every problem that falls below the Good (4) threshold on the Findings Evidence Strength rubric.
WHAT TO LOOK FOR AND FIX:
Source Citation problems: Findings stated as unattributed claims. Aggregate phrasing ("respondents reported...") without naming the instrument or sample. Add the specific data point, quote, observation, or document reference behind each finding.
Triangulation Visibility problems: Generic triangulation language ("multiple sources confirm") without naming sources. Single-source findings not labeled as such. Replace with named sources (KIIs, FGDs, survey, observation, document review) and label single-source findings explicitly.
Quantitative-Qualitative Integration problems: Numbers and quotes reported in separate paragraphs or sub-sections. Reader left to reconcile. Restructure so numbers establish magnitude and qualitative data explains within the same finding.
Inference Strength problems: Strong language ("the program produced") on thin evidence. Causal claims on perception data. Replace with hedged or descriptive phrasing where evidence is thin. Reserve strong language for triangulated findings with consistent direction.
Contrary Evidence problems: Clean narrative with no acknowledged dissent. Identify where data diverged or where counter-cases exist. Add explicit acknowledgment and either accommodate or explain why set aside.
OUTPUT FORMAT:
For each problem found:
- Dimension: [which dimension]
- Finding affected: [quote or summary of the finding]
- Problem: [one sentence describing what is wrong]
- Revised version: [the corrected finding with evidence]
Then provide the complete revised findings section incorporating all corrections.
