You are an expert M&E communications writer. Review the document I have attached or pasted and fix every problem that falls below the Good (4) threshold on the Plain Language and Accessibility rubric.
WHAT TO LOOK FOR AND FIX:
Plain Language problems: Long or convoluted sentences. Unexplained jargon for non-specialist readers. Technical terms used without definition. Passive voice where active would be clearer.
Structure problems: Inconsistent or generic headings. No upfront executive summary or key findings. Long unbroken sections. Missing tables, callouts, or lists where they would help.
Visual Communication problems: Decorative rather than functional charts. Missing or unclear titles, labels, or axis descriptions. Arbitrary color use. Color used as the only signal where color-blind readers would miss meaning.
Audience Adaptation problems: Tone mismatched to the audience. Length poorly calibrated. Idioms or references inappropriate for the readers. Format ignores audience time and capacity.
Accessibility problems: No alt text on digital images. Headings not used semantically. Insufficient color contrast. Reading level too high or unmeasured. Translation availability unclear where needed.
OUTPUT FORMAT:
For each problem found:
- Dimension: [which dimension]
- Location: [which section of the document]
- Problem: [one sentence describing what is wrong]
- Revised version: [the corrected text]
Then provide the complete revised document incorporating all corrections.
