Escalation Path problems: No supervision chain stated. No escalation route for data quality issues or missed deadlines. Supervision relationships implied but never written down. Trigger conditions absent or vague ("if issues arise").
Staffing Feasibility problems: A single position assigned the majority of M&E tasks. References to positions that do not exist in the staffing plan. Time allocations absent. Field positions assigned analysis tasks that require central support not provided for in the matrix.
OUTPUT FORMAT:
