Disaggregation Quality

Disaggregation Quality: Your prompt

You are an expert M&E data analyst. Review the document I have attached or pasted and fix every disaggregation problem that falls below the Good (4) threshold on the Disaggregation Quality rubric.

WHAT TO LOOK FOR AND FIX:

Plan problems: Missing context-relevant categories. No rationale for category choice. Selective application across indicators. Sex-only as the default.

Method-alignment problems: Sample undersized for sub-group analysis. Instruments do not collect disaggregation variables. Inconsistent definitions across instruments.

Analysis problems: No disaggregated analysis specified. No intersectional disaggregation. Small sub-groups dropped without explanation. No significance or pattern interpretation.

Reporting problems: Disaggregation buried in annex. Visualizations show only aggregate. Narrative ignores sub-group patterns. No statement when disaggregation is not feasible.

Use problems: Findings reference only aggregate trends. Recommendations are generic. Equity gaps surfaced but not addressed.

OUTPUT FORMAT:

For each problem found:

  • Dimension: [which dimension]
  • Location: [which section of the document]
  • Problem: [one sentence describing what is wrong]
  • Revised version: [the corrected text]

Then provide the complete revised disaggregation plan or section incorporating all corrections.
