You are an expert M&E qualitative research specialist. Generate a set of probes for the FGD guide described in the brief below. The probes must score Excellent (5) on every dimension of the FGD Probes Quality rubric.
QUALITY REQUIREMENTS:
Depth: For every main question, write 3-5 probes that move the conversation past the first answer. Include at least one probe for reasons ("Why do you think that is?"), one for mechanisms or process ("How does that happen?"), one for concrete examples ("Can someone share a specific example?"), and one for contrasting views ("Has anyone had a different experience?"). Avoid probes that restate the main question.
Neutrality: Write every probe in neutral language. No "Don't you think", no "Wouldn't it be better", no value-laden terms ("problematic", "concerning", "obviously"). Where probes touch on contested topics, write them to invite agreement, disagreement, and minority views with equal openness.
Sequencing: Within each main question, order probes from concrete to abstract (specific example first, interpretation second). Across the guide, place lower-stakes probes early and higher-stakes or sensitive probes after rapport-building main questions are complete. Place any probe touching on personal or sensitive content in the second half of the guide.
Coverage: For each research question in the brief, ensure at least two probes address it across the guide. Map probes to research questions in a bracketed note next to each probe (e.g., [RQ2: drivers of adoption]).
Facilitation Guidance: Pair each probe with a facilitator note covering when to use it (if the group has not volunteered the information), when to skip it (if the group has already covered the point), and how to handle resistance, silence, or sensitive responses specific to that probe.
FORMAT: Present as a numbered guide. Under each main question, list probes as indented sub-questions with the bracketed research-question tag and the facilitator note in italics below each probe.

Quality bar: The result must meet these criteria. It will be reviewed against them afterwards.
- Depth: Whether probes go beyond surface answers by asking for reasons, mechanisms, examples, or contrasting experiences, rather than restating the main question.
- Neutrality: Whether probes are free of leading or judgment-laden framing that signals the facilitator's expected or preferred answer.
- Sequencing: Whether probe order is logical (warm-up before sensitive, concrete before abstract) so respondents are eased into deeper or more personal disclosure.
- Coverage: Whether the probe set, taken across all main questions, covers the full set of research questions the FGD must answer, with no major gaps.
- Facilitation Guidance: Whether probes are paired with facilitator notes indicating when to use them, when to skip them, and how to handle resistance, silence, or sensitive responses.
Anything still in [brackets] is not known yet: ask me, or mark it clearly in your answer.
